 Wolf Therapy specialises in working with young adults 17+ and adults with mental health, including neurodivergent and neurological conditions. This practice is neurodiversity-affirming which means we acknowledge that not all human brains operate in the same way. We accept and validate each person's ways of thinking, learning and communicating, and empower them to recognise their strengths when making and working towards goals.
Lindsay Wolf, Director and Senior Occupational Therapist, has a Master of Occupational Therapy and is an OTA Endorsed Mental Health OT with experience working in hospitals and the community. She is a strong advocate for people with disabilities and this is reflected through all assessments, treatment, groups. and reports.

Senior Occupational Therapist
Lindsay has 10 years of experience working with adults with psychosocial and physical disabilities. Special interests include young adults with Autism and/or ADHD, addressing everyday challenges that occur with mental health symptoms, assistive technology prescription, and helping people incorporate more of the activities they want to do into their everyday lives.
